Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses, accessing our website, or using the EXS4 Driving School mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in standard driving courses. For students under 18 (but at least 16), parental consent is required for specific vehicle categories as per local laws.
Documentation: You must provide accurate and current information, including valid identification and any required medical certificates.
Learner's License: You must hold a valid Learner's License to begin practical driving lessons on public roads.

3. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and staff. We reserve the right to terminate the training of any student who:

Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons.
Exhibits abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
Repeatedly fails to follow safety instructions given by the instructor.
Intentionally damages driving school property.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Booking: Lessons must be booked in advance through our office or online portal.
Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the lesson fee.
Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late for a lesson, the instructor may cancel the session, and it will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Fees and Refunds

Payment: All fees must be paid in advance or as per the agreed installment plan.
Refunds: Course fees are generally non-refundable once training has commenced. Refunds for unstarted courses may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative fee.
RTO Fees: Government fees for licensing and testing are separate and subject to change by the authorities.

6. Liability and Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure safety:

Vehicles: Our training vehicles are fully insured and equipped with dual controls.
Responsibility: Students are responsible for driving safely and following traffic laws during lessons. However, the instructor remains in legal control of the vehicle for instructional purposes.
Personal Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in our vehicles or premises.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EXS4 Driving School or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
